A mitzvah project is like adding a special ingredient of tikkun olam, or fixing the world, to my simcha so that many more people than those here, can benefit from our happiness and joy.
For my mitzvah project, I plan to use some of the leadership principles I have been talking about in my Dvar torah. For my bat-mitzvah, I have chosen a mitzvah to benefit children.

We can make an enormous difference with the money we raise. Each bed net cost $5.00 which will help towards saving a child's life.
