I HATE swimming and I can't swim a length without stopping, my technique is awful!!
My plan is to swim 10 lengths without stopping.
To help me I am having swimming lessons, taking part in Aquaterra's Liquid swim programme and getting some motivational coaching from Aquaterra gym staff.
I have many barriers to the pool, these include hating being cold and wet, changing rooms being cold, swim lane etiquette, pool programmes, body consciousness and fear of swallowing water - not a bad start eh!!
But I will do this and will prove that anything is possible if you put your mind to it!!
