I don't particularly enjoy swimming, especially in indoor pools, but...
...I've been inspired by several extremely inspirational people to get involved in this event for the following reasons:
- malaria is a massive, and often forgotten issue. even if you don't sponsor me, read a bit about it at: http://www.worldswimformalaria.com/en/AboutMalaria.aspx
- the world swim is being organised in a great way that means that ALL of the money that you sponsor will go on buying insecticide treated bednets. NONE of it is spent on admin or publicity, even the delivery and maintenance of the nets
