Accenture and friends are coming together to raise as much money as possible for the world swim for malaria challenge. This is a very special cause - over 60% of the world's population live in malaria infected areas. Malaria is the largest killer of children in the world, killing the equivalent of 7 jumbo jets full of children every day (3,000 children per day every day).
Accenture aims to have at least 5,000 of our staff, family, friends swimming. We anticipate participation from Accenture people in some 50 countries around the world, mirroring Accenture's presence on every continent.
