A number of people have likened my swimming action to that of a polar bear and as I don't intend swimming at arctic temperatures ever again I thought the World Swim for Malaria would be the ideal opportunity to see just how suited I am to an aquatic habitat.
The World Swim for Malaria is an especially worthwhile charity.
Every day the number of children that die from malaria would fill 7 jumbo jets.
Think about it. Seven 747's a day. One child every 30 seconds.
Every penny raised from this swim will go to purchase the insecticidal nets that will save these kids.
