Pre-swim:

A bit of a lone swim I'm afraid but that will be due to it being outside in an unheated lake in December!!!

Am registering this after the event so can tell you that it was unbeleivably cold. So much colder than the sea. No wetsuits you understand. I did come out blue but survived it!
