Post-swim update:
I'm very pleased to say that our big swim was a great success. The morning of 6th September was very mild and the turnout of almost 300 was extremely impressive given the late nights suffered/enjoyed by many of our Conference the evening before (PS Angus Deayton to be strongly recommended as a guest speaker...) and doubly impressive in that we were swimming in the sea. The swim itself was a good challenge - especially at 8.00am - but everyone who took to the water enjoyed themselves, undoubtedly stimulated by copious amounts of freely flowing endorphins...!
