One of my ultimate physical ambitions is to participate in a triatholon one day, but I guess I need to start somewhere... and swimming for malaria prevention is a good start! A net for a family only costs £3 and can save a family of 4 from mosquito bites for 4 years. Please make any contributions you can for this good cause... I will definitely swim 1 mile (30 laps) and aiming for 2 or more, if I don't drown during the 2 hour swimathon...
