Post-swim update:

with all the generous donations i became hyped up & started to look forward to the swim. i swam in half the time i expected ie 70 mins. it was such a buzz & i am so happy to have been able to be a part of this wonderful event. thank you to all my friends who sponsored so generously. the amount raised was double what i expected - close to £4000

Hi

As most of you know I can easily swim a mile but NEVER EVER more, due to boredom.

I could have easily asked you to sponsor me to do this mile but that requires no effort on my part so I thought how about set me a challenge - swim 2 miles ie 128 lengths
