Hello

Time for me to 'put a bit back in'.

Please sponsor me on this swim, it is a great cause & I am going to inflict some pain on myself to justify the cash.

I will wear certain items of clothing that will embarrass me in general public if that helps you to give more - luckily being naked is banned at the local pool so forget that.

There is no official target although 30 lengths of an Olympic pool is about mile so I am told and that is the minimum I have set myself - potentially with clothes. Suggestions welcome (be realistic please).
