On June 25th, 2010, I will take a pass on swimming with the sharks, and instead, join hundreds of thousands of other swimmers around the globe to support the fight against Malaria. For this initiative, I will do a 5K swim here in Florence. Would appreciate your support...The spread of malaria is an entirely preventable, and the funds raised will go to purchasing insecticidal mosquito nets to protect children in regionas still affected by malaria. I swam 3 and a half miles (5,500) meters today for my World Swim Against Malaria. The swim took place in Florence and i cruised the distance in just over an hour and a half. Many thanks for all your support for this great cause
