We are the Australian International School Singapore and we are going to get the whole school to swim on 30th April 2008, together with a million people across the globe to raise money to stop children dying of malaria. AIS children from pre-school to year 12 will be taking the plunge. Australians are a nation of swimmers and we at AIS are also a community of caring individuals so it seems obvious that we would want to jump in and make a splash to help fight malaria. We are going to raise awareness of this deadly killer and at the same time raising money for mosquito nets to save childrens' lives.
