Post-swim update:

The inaugral swim was undertaken by 4 Rotary Club of Highton members + 1 partner.
Peter Smith, Gary Broughtan, Rod Morrison, Ray Dunn and Carol Nankervis.
Great support was provided by club members cheering on the swimmers. A gourmet breakfast after the swim was enjoyed by all.

Pre-swim:

At least four of these older Rotarians are presently preparing for a series of Victorian ocean fun swims, the most famous of which is "The 26th Pier to Pub Swim" at Lorne Surf Beach on the Great Ocean Rd south west of Geelong. Because of a short lead time we wil start small.
