Pre-swim:

I and as many family and friends as I can muster will be swimming on 3 December to do our bit for WSFM....this will undoubtedly involve many arm-bands, rubber-rings and various floating aids (- and that's just for me -) but I'm determined to win that huge prize that I'm told will be awarded to the most successful Team Good swimmer...

This is a great cause and we look forward to swimming together with thousands of other people all around the world to help beat the bug.
