Pre-swim:

We are a group of friends who are all hopeless Saturday boozers so this will be a huge shock to the system.

I read about the swim on the Metro on my way to work and thought it was a fabulous idea.

I have managed to harass some friends and family to take part and between us we plan to swim the distance of the English Channel, 35kms!
