And now for something completely different.... swimming librarians!
Six members of staff (and one outsider!) from the Wellcome Library will be bravely battling their natural fear of water (especially around books!), abandoning their issue desks and taking the plunge. We are Alison, Amanda, Amelia, Danny, Doug, Margaret & Yolande.
The Wellcome Library is one of the world's major resources for the study of medical history. The Library is located close to Euston station in London and is open free of charge to members of the public. The Library is a water free zone. ;)
