The main swim event: "KIAT SA DAGAT" (Having Fun at the beach!) will be held at SEAFRONT BEACH resort (you Cebuanos know where it is! if not, it is at Jubay, Liloan, Cebu) where all sorts of activities: amazing race, a skim clinic and live reggae band--will take place.
