Post-swim update:

On the day we were joined at Olympia Swimming Pool in Dundee by another team from Tayside Fire and Rescue, who were far far fitter than us (naturally!) but it was a great opportunity to socialise and enjoy the afternoon.

Pre-swim:

Dundee City employees support Scotland's Health at Work (SHAW) campaign. Usually they go for healthy lunchtime walks and more stressful charity cycle runs, so this was a unique opportuntity to jump in the water!
