Post-swim update:

Despite the Hemel Hempsted explosion closing the swimming pool on the Sunday and all schools in the area on the Monday and Tuesday, we did manage to get 80 swimmers to take part on the Monday evening. We had two swimmers who managed 68 lengths in 30 mins and several very young swimmers who managed to reach 10 lengths in 10 minutes.

Congratulations to all who took part.

Pre-swim:

The idea to raise money came from some of the older swimmers when watching Children in Need. We chose this charity because it seemed to fit in well with what we are about - kids and swimming.
