Post-swim update:
The International School of Phnom Penh (ISPP) set a goal of 32 kms in two hours. On November 24 we began our race against the clock but for Malaria. We thought we had about $1,500 in pledges.
Our pool has four lanes so each lane needed to swim 250 lengths an hour. We swam relay style with 6 -7 swimmers in each lane. In the first 15 minutes our lanes swam an average of 65 lengths. If we kept up this pace we would be close to achieving our goal. The music was playing, our Student Council was selling drinks, teachers were busy counting lanes and documenting the event. Several
