Post-swim update:
Our team swam at Le Meridien Golf Resort and Spa (www.gokarna.com) here in Kathmandu, who had very kindly let us use their indoor pool - the ONLY one of its kind in Nepal. We swam for 90 minutes and all the team put in maximum effort.Pre-swim:
