Swimmer: Sinead Fitzpatrick

Hello I am entering the worldwide swim to raise money for the control of malaria. All the money raised, every penny, goes to the purchase of long-lasting insecticide treated mosquito nets . Malaria kills approx 3000 African children each day and bed nets provide effective protection against their nasty infective bites.

I am hoping to swim, then rest, then swim and so on till I reach 1 km , with a strong emphasis on the hoping!
