I'd love all my friends from Go, the Olympic Bid and people I just know to support this great cause to help protect vulnerable people from malaria by raising money to buy bed nets. My husband Guy has been helping the founder, Rob Mather to launch this great effort. He and my son James swam for this cause last year and orgnised a swim at James' school, The Harrodian, in London.

We are visiting my parents in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida where there will be a nice sunny pool for me to do my bit (which is a huge undertaking since I'm not a swimmer!!). I hope all of you will be able to offer as much support as you can. Thanks!!
