Pre-swim:

We're not tough enough to brave the outdoor option in December (except the dog who dipped his paws in the Severn) so can be seen (or joined) in action at our local pool this week. We couldn't make it on the big launch day as we were too busy saving lives but we intend to more than make up for that in our quest not to drown but to raise lots of cash to prevent unnecessary deaths from malaria.
