OK now, just because I'm organising this for Allen & Overy everyone thought I was going to do this swim so now I have decided I will have to. I am setting myself a target of 5,000 m - in an hour and a half. That's 150 lengths of the pool at Shell. It's been over 10 years since I swam this distance all in one go so please sponsor me, this is a really good cause and maybe we can save a few lives into the bargain!
