Hi All,

I am going to help support this charity by swimming for one hour tomorrow in London with the rest of my team.

Its gonna be a scary experience for them to see me in me swimming costume and the fact that I am not a very strong swimmer, but I am going to try my best and raise as much as I can for this good cause.

All donations are very much appreciated.
