Malaria kills a child every 30 seconds.
Like many others I will be swimming on Dec. 3rd to raise money and buy mosquito bednets to help reduce this burden.
A bednet can protect children for at least 4 years. The period during which they are most at risk of dying from malaria.
5$=one bednet, 4 years of protection, lives saved.
So, like me, buy mosquito bednets and help protect children from malaria.
In addition to my own financial contribution and to honor your pledges, I intend to swim 2 kms, or more depending on your contributions.
