For those of you who don't know, I belong to a Masters swim team located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. What is a Masters swim team? It's a bunch of speedo-wearing adults who get together for organized swim workouts. It's a swim team for adults! That's right ya'll, after my collegiate swimming days I just couldn't hang up the goggles. So I continue to challenge myself with swim workouts in order to keep fit (which also help in the first leg of my triathlon races too!)
