At present the aim is for the 20 swimmers from the Brentwood Swimming Club to cover the equivalent distance of swimming across the English Channel and back during this 60 minute period. This is a total of 70km. If more swimmers become involved then this distance shall be increased accordingly.

Please give generously. I went travelling S.E.Asia I visited an immigration camp on the Thai - Myanmar border. 2000 people, mostly young or elderly lived in makeshift accomodation on the lowland surrounding the riverbanks.
