LSHTM & UCL Malaria Swim 2005
Sponsor the LAKE MAGADI TEAM: we are 5 researchers based at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and between us we will swim the length of Lake Magadi in Kenya (7km)…
Help put the anopheles mosquitoes on a tight diet: All the money raised will go DIRECTLY to buying long-lasting insecticides-treated bednets (£3 per net). Impregnated bednets are one of the most effective control tools for the prevention of malaria, which could save many lives when reached by the most affected (pregnant women and children under 5years mostly in Sub-Saharan Africa).
Any donation welcomed...
THANK YOU!
